Topic:The In's and Out's of 1031 Exchanges
For those unfamiliar with the 1031 Exchange, this is a way of deferring taxes on the sale of an investment property by reinvesting the money into another property. It can save huge amounts of taxes for real estate investors. Learning to use the 1031 Exchange can help you not only when you have a property to sell, but also in structuring deals that can be profitable for you and the sellers you are working with. Take advantage of this opportunity to understand this pathway to greater profits on your deals.
See you there!
Note: We are making a permanent change to the First Thursday of the month, and encourage you to mark your upcoming calendars for the first Thursday for each of the upcoming months of the year. We will see you there, and if you really want, you can build your empire in the sand pile. We personally prefer brick and mortar.
