Mission Statement
Utah Creative Real Estate Association (UCREA) is a non-profit association of private Real Estate investors who meet regularly for the purpose of sharing education, tips and strategies for more effective creative investing, and to network with other investors for skills, expertise, investment capital, investment opportunities, etc. Monthly meetings are held with periodic workshops for additional education.
Board of Directors
UCREA is directed by a group of local real estate investors from Salt Lake City and other surrounding areas who are familiar with investing, development, note-buying, loans, property inspection, and other required aspects of real estate investing. In addition to personal investing, several of the directors of the organization are skilled and involved in training of Real Estate investors.

Association Membership
There is no attendance cost for this event, it is one of the ways that we give back to the organization. Bring a yummy pot luck item instead. Also bring a guest, Real Estate investing only keeps getting better if you know how to invest and that is what we will be talking about.

Featured Speaker: Steve Wahlquist

Steve began working in real estate as a real estate agent in 1990. Some of his first clients were investors who introduced him to the “in s and out s” of rehabbing properties for great profits. He was motivated by this experience to move from representing others in deals to doing deals of his own. In addition to being a licensed agent, Steve has also been a residential mortgage loan officer and is currently working in the commercial lending business. Drawing from his own experience as an investor, and the training he has received over the years from some of the best in the business, Steve has provided quality training and mentoring for other investors across the U.S since 2001.

This will be “How To” training on what is perhaps the fastest, safest way to make money in real estate, even with limited resources and little experience. We hope you are all enjoying our Indian Summer! It is the beginning of October, and time to evaluate our investing progress. UCREA has been established to assist with your success and provide education and networking opportunities.

Note: We are making a permanent change to the First Thursday of the month, and encourage you to mark your upcoming calendars for the first Thursday for each of the upcoming months of the year. We will see you there, and if you really want, you can build your empire in the sand pile. We personally prefer brick and mortar.
