Utah Creative Real Estate Association
Mission Statement
Utah Creative Real Estate Association (UCREA) is a non-profit association of private Real Estate investors who meet regularly for the purpose
of sharing education, tips and strategies for more effective creative investing, and to network with other investors for skills, expertise,
investment capital, investment opportunities, etc. Monthly meetings are held with periodic workshops for additional education.
Board of Directors
UCREA is directed by a group of local real estate investors from Salt Lake City and other surrounding areas who are familiar with investing,
development, note-buying, loans, property inspection, and other required aspects of real estate investing. In addition to personal
investing, several of the directors of the organization are skilled and involved in training of Real Estate investors.

Monthly Meetings
When: 2nd Thursday of each month (as of August 2008 it will be the 1st Thursday)
Time: 6:30 PM – 8:30 PM

Association Membership
UCREA is supported through attendance fees. There is a $5 fee at the door. A twelve month subscription to the Creative Real Estate®
Magazine is available for purchase for $60. However, if 6 orders or more are turned in at the same time, the cost will be discounted to
only $39. If you are interested in ordering a subscription, please send a check made payable to CREM to Irene Bozich, 2630 Towne
Drive, Salt Lake City, UT 84121. Other Association workshops and educational materials are offered to members at a discount.

Alan Stallings from ITS Title will be our speaker. He will cover creative financing topics like short sales, Seller Financing, All-Inclusive Note & TD's, 1031 Exchanges, etc.

Alan has been in the real estate industry for over 26 years as an agent and broker, and for the past 16 years in title and escrow. 1031 Exchanges have been Alan's specialty for well over a decade. Alan is a certified CE instructor for Title/Escrow, Real Estate, and Mortgage.

Next month in August we are having our meeting at Murray park pavillion number 3. This is a great way to mingle with the other investors in the club. As always it is a pot luck so be sure to bring a dish that can be shared by everybody. If you have any questions of what to bring please call Irene. This will be our first meeting that takes place on the 1st Thursday of the month August 7th. After July all future meetings will be on the 1st Thursday.
